Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Refunds (if applicable)

If we could not find or guarantee your room reservation 30 days after your order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the hotel room is canceled due to hotel issues, we guarantee to fully refund the service fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
